Over the next five years, the Northcote Development will deliver around 1700 new homes to the community alongside new and upgraded infrastructure. This includes the Awataha Greenway Project, a green walking link connecting several of Northcote’s parks and neighbourhoods and the town centre. Northcote’s new homes are a mix of state, market and more affordable homes that are warmer, drier and healthier.

LEAD Alliance is laying the groundwork for the new homes and spaces communities need. Our job is to enable the land for building, and construct new and upgraded streets, parks and public spaces to create a safer, greener and more connected neighbourhood.
